Haig Point Lighthouse

Located on a private island off the coast of South Carolina, the lighthouse was activated in 1872.  Though deactivated from 1934 to 1987, the light is now operational and an aid to private navigation.  This two story wooden Victorian house supports a 40 foot tower.  The lighthouse is not open to the public.  Issued 2004.  Revolving light - operates on a battery which is not guaranteed as this is from 2004.  10"H x 10"W.  A large replica.
